Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original House of Koyomi packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
